A Little About Me

My name is Richard. My educational background includes an H.B.Sc. from McMaster University and a B.Ed. from Brock University.

I have been offering private tutoring services for 10 years. In addition to tutoring, my teaching experience includes practice teaching with the HWCDSB, working as a Teaching Assistant in the Faculty of Science at McMaster University and tutoring in the Computer Science Department of Mohawk College.

Finally, I have a recent police check available on request.

I have extensive tutoring experience with 100s of students and because I am independent, my prices and quality of service cannot be matched by the established businesses.

While I focus mainly on math and science courses at the high school level (see Courses Offered), I am available for students both younger and older. I accept students from the Burlington and Waterdown area for in-home tutoring. I am able to able to meet with you at a location of your choice. Online tutoring is available for students in other areas.
